What Happens After You Order

When your place your order with event bella, we'll contact you within 2 business days to confirm your order. We'll provide your with a design sample you can review and at that point, we can discuss changes to fonts, colors, and placement and continue using your input to create a final design you will be thrilled to call your own.

So, when you place your order, please know that there is time for us to work with you one-on-one to make sure your order is perfect for your event. We typically ship within 4-6 weeks once we receive your custom runner order. Plain fabric runners usually ship within 2-3 weeks.

All of our runners are pressed and rolled onto a sturdy pipe,threaded with a three-ply cord for smooth and easy unrolling at your ceremony site. Our runners are usually used in an indoor venue, but have also been used on grass, concrete walkways, cobblestone and sand beaches.
